Artisanal focaccia in the form of a sandwich
A method of preparing
Cut the focaccia into 10×10 cm squares. Slice each square diagonally to create two triangles. Then cut each triangle horizontally to obtain two halves for assembling the sandwich.
Mix the sushi cream cheese with French mustard (2:1) to obtain a spread. Spread the prepared cream on the bottom half of the triangular sandwich.
Arrange ham rosettes so that they cover the entire surface. Distribute strips of marinated zucchini between the ham and drizzle them with Cirio Extra Virgin Classico olive oil. Add a few olives for a salty accent. Tear pieces of mozzarella or add small portions of sushi cream cheese for extra creaminess. Top with a handful of fresh lamb’s lettuce or other greens of your choice.
Cover with the other half of the focaccia and press gently. Finally, lightly spray the finished sandwiches with Alfapro spray to give them an appetizing shine and enhance their flavor.
